  • What are the dates of the conference?
  • The Patient Flow Summit is Monday, Sept. 24 - Thursday Sept 27, 2018.

  • Where is the conference being held?
  • The Patient Flow Summit is being held at the JW Marriott Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • Who should attend the conference?
  • The Patient Flow Summit is for health system executives, patient flow strategists, transfer center directors and industry experts.

  • What is included in the registration fee?
  • The Registration fee to attend the Patient Flow Summit is $995 per person. After August 31st - $1195. The Summit provides a discount of $695 per person to companies sending four or more people.

  • How do I register?
  • To register go to www.patientflowsummit.com.

  • Are there special room rates at the JW Marriott?
  • Yes, a block of rooms have been contracted for the Patient Flow Summit at the rate of $179+ To receive the Summit rate, you must secure your hotel by Monday, September 3, 2018. A link in the registration form directs you to the JW Marriott, Las Vegas.

  • Will I receive a confirmation for my registration?
  • Yes, you will receive an electronic confirmation once you complete the online registration form.

  • What is included in my conference registration?
  • Registration includes: Breakfast (2), Lunch (2) and dinner (1) plus access to all Featured speaker presentations, breakouts, workshops and networking events.

  • Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
  • No, you are on your own to get from the airport to the hotel and your personal hotel accomodations. Although a conference rate has been secured at the JW Marriott, Las Vegas of $179+/night.

  • What if I change my mind?
  • You may cancel your registration up to 30 days (August 24, 2018) prior to the event and receive your registration fee minus a $50 administration fee.

  • How can I qualify for a complimentary registration?
  • Do you have a compelling Patient Flow success story? Are you a leader in your industry? If so, you may qualify to speak at the Patient Flow Summit. All speakers are provided with complimentary registration and three night hotels for their participation.

  • How will I know if I am registered?
  • You will receive a registration confirmation, as well as, ongoing Attendee communications up to, and during, the event.

  • How can I pay for the conference?
  • You may register online at www.patientflowsummit.com. The conference accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and checks.

  • What if I can no longer attend, and I want to send a substitute?
  • Substitutions will be made at no additional charge. To change the name of your registration you can contact [email protected].

  • Do you offer Group registration discounts?
  • Yes, if you send four people from the same company, the fifth person is complimentary.

  • Do you offer one day/single day passes?
  • Unfortunately, we are not offering one day/single day passes.

  • How do I obtain an invoice or receipt?
  • Once you complete registration you will receive a confirmation that can be printed off and used as a receipt.

  • Will there be on-site registration?
  • Yes, there will be on-site registration at the JW Marriott, Las Vegas for the Patient Flow Summit.

Fee Questions

  • How much is the registration fee?
  • Early Bird Registration through March 30th is $895. From March 31st to August 30th pricing is $995. After August 31st registration is $1195.

  • What forms of payment are accepted?
  • Credit card or checks are accepted as payment for Summit registration.

  • Is there a discount for multiple registrations from one company?
  • For every 4 paid registrations, get 1 complimentary registration.

  • Is there anyway to obtain a complimentary registration?
  • Presenters and sponsors receive complimentary Summit registrations. If you are interested in presenting or speaking email [email protected].

Continuing Education

  • Will I receive Continuing Professional Education (CPE), Continuing Education Credits (CEC) or Continuing Education Units (CEU’s)?
  • You will receive 19 CNE credits by attending key Summit sessions.

  • Are you accepting applications for customers to present at the conference?

  • How do I figure out what sessions to attend?
  • The agenda provides detailed session information so you can choose sessions covering the topics that matter most to you.

  • Is there an opportunity to be a panelist, presenter, or co-presenter?
  • Yes, please submit your name, company and brief description of what you would like to present to: [email protected].

  • Will the presentations be available to download pre,during or post conference?
  • Unfortunately, most sessions will not be available for download. As a thought leadership event, the value is in the interaction between individuals and the spontaneous direction the sessions may go.

Hotel Questions

  • What Hotel should I stay at during the Conference?
  • The registration process takes you to the Summit reservations page at JW Marriott, Las Vegas.

  • What time is check in and check out at the hotel?
  • Check-in is at 3PM and check out is at 11AM.

  • What if I arrive and my hotel room is not available for check in? What should I do?
  • If your room is not ready you can leave your luggage with the front desk and they will call you when it is ready.

Travel Questions

  • What airport should I fly into?
  • The closest airport is McCarron International Airport (LAS).

  • How do I get from the airport to the conference hotel/venue?
  • You are on your own for transportation from the airport to the hotel. There is a taxi line outside of baggage claim.
    Uber and Lyft are currently authorized to provide ride sharing services at the airport - also available for pick up. Rideshare pick up location are provided below:
    - For Terminal One the pick up in located on Level 2M of the parking garage. From the Baggage Claim take the elevator near door #2 up to level 2. Cross the pedestrian bridge on level 2 to the terminal 1 Parking Garage.
    - For Terminal 3 the Rideshare pick up is located on the Valet Level of the Terminal 3 parking garage. From baggage claim, take the elevator near door #52,#54 or #56 up to level 1. Cross the pedestrian bridge on level 1 to the Terminal 3 Parking Garage.

  • If I drive, where can I park?
  • The JW Marriott, Las Vegas has valet and self park options available.

  • Is parking reimbursed?
  • Unfortunately, parking is not reimbursed. This is a personal expense.

General Conference Questions

  • Who should plan on attending the conference?
  • Healthcare system employees and industry thought leaders are encouraged to attend the Summit.

  • Are partners allowed to attend the conference without being a sponsor?
  • Partners can attend the conference by paying the registration fee. However, if partners do not sponsor they will not be able to take part in additional sponsorship opportunities to showcase their solutions.

  • What should I wear?
  • The Patient Flow Summit is business casual. Please dress in layers. Hotels are kept at a cool temperatures.

  • What happens if there is a schedule change?
  • All schedule updates will be made the to the website agenda and an email will be sent to all registrants detailing the change.

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served. Times and locations will be detailed on the Summit agenda.

  • My company requires me to provide a certificate of participation in order to be reimbursed. Do you offer a certificate and who do I work with to get this completed?

  • How do I get the most out of the conference?
  • You will get the most out of the Summit by actively participating in sessions, networking and touring the Transfer Center Experience. Connecting with peers and sharing your patient flow stories will help build your knowledge and that of others.

  • What is the age limit for the conference?
  • This is a thought leadership event and open to anyone in the industry who feels it may be of value to them. This event is not suitable for children or teens.

  • Who do I contact if I have special dietary needs?
  • You will be asked about your dietary restrictions during the registration process.

  • What is the weather like in Las Vegas ?
  • Las Vegas is dry and warm. Temperatures can exceed 100 degrees. Although the Summit is indoors dress appropriately should you decide to stay prior to the Summit or extend your trip after.

  • Do I need to wear my badge?
  • Yes, we do request that all attendees wear their name badge as a courtesy to others and for networking purposes during Summit hours.
